The design of the flap allows user to have either a side release buckle or a hook and loop closure or even both. A silencing strip is sewn in for the hook and loop to administer silent operation of the flap.There are grommets on the bottom of the pouch for drainage. The Adaptable Belt Mount (ABM) attachment format provides a sturdier alternative for mounting to belts. Using a strip of durable, vinyl-backed 1000D Cordura nylon laminate, and YKK snap closure to create a belt loop. The two laser-cut slits enable the thread the loop smaller or larger for 1.5”-1.75” belts or 1.75”-2” belts. The inside of this fashioned belt loop has a patch of hook Velcro that is made to match up with the interior loop Velcro of the rigger belts to lock the pouch in the position onto the belt.
